ESHA ROGERS
Chairwoman
Ms. Rogers currently serves as the Tangi Community Development Chairwoman with great distinction. She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University who hold two Bachelor degrees a BS in Criminal Justice and a BA in Psychology, a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology. She is an 18-year veteran of our armed forces. In the military capacity, she has served as Equal Opportunity Leader, Training Specialist, and trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). She brings great leadership and knowledge of the community needs to the Tangi Community Development board.
KEISHA BRUMFIELFLD
Secretary
Ms. Brumfield serves as Tangi Community Development’s
secretary. She brings with her knowledge of both marketing and the needs of the community. Her
business acumen helps propel the organization to the next level. She is directly in touch with the
community in her role as a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years. She uses her experience in the
community to advance the initiatives of the organization.
LESTER BARDWELL
Treasurer
Mr. Bardwell is a lifelong resident of Tangipahoa Parish and has
served on Tangi Community Development’s Board of Directors since 2016. He currently serves as
treasurer. In addition to serving on Tangi Community Development’s board, he serves his community. He
works with the Louisiana Renaissance Festival in Hammond, LA which brings in thousands annually. He
also brings joy to local children by serving as Santa Clause during the holiday season.
SHELBY MORRIS
Board Member
Ms. Morris once served as the Tangi Community Development Chairwoman from
2016-2020. She is an employee of Entergy and in her job duties she has completed inspections or the
organization, in addition, she has served as a Road Home Program inspector. In her role as Road Home
Program building inspector, she inspected buildings and homes to ensure they followed new standards
and federal requirements. Ms. Morris brings a unique skill to the organization that helps our new
construction initiatives.
JEREMY WILLIAMS
Board Member
Mr. Williams serves our St. Helena initiatives in more ways than one. In addition to be being an esteem member of the Tangi Community Development board he serves as St. Helena Police Jury. In his role as an elected official he connects the needs of the organization with the mission, vision, and purpose of Tangi Community Development.
KOURTNEY BRUMFIELD
Board Member
Ms. Brumfield joined the Tangi Community Development board in 2019. She holds a bachelor degree and Masters in Business Administration. In addition, she is teaches K-12 students at one Louisiana's leading online primary and secondary education schools. In her role on the Tangi Board she connects her knowledge of students needs to our mission and objectives.
